Eco-drinksware
We only have one planet, so let's protect her with all our heart
We know you care about the environment, we do too. We use a local, Pershore based company to provide us with 100% biodegradable drinksware.
Conventional plastics can take 400 years to break down, if at all.
The drinksware that HooBar uses is made from plylactic acid, or PLA, which comes from renewable resources like corn starch. It's an eco-friendly alternative to the oil-based and unsustainable materials that plastic is made from, and it can be easily composted alongside any food waste.
PLA drinksware breaks down completely in less than 12 weeks after use!
This means that you can feel confident that you're doing your bit to help keep our environment safe for future generations.
We at HooBar believe in protecting animals and children from broken glass. Due the types of venues that HooBar goes to, such fields, woodlands, and areas of natural beauty, we have taken the conscious decision to use 100% biodegradable, compostable, eco-friendly drinksware.
